Evaluation of the institute of budget federalism institution in Russia on the basis of foreign practice analysis
The topicality of the article issue is determined by the formation in Russia of the new level of institutional economy. The institution of budget federalism is of keen importance, as the formalized, efficient inter-budget relations build up the basis for the future development of all regions, despite the large diversification of their development.
