The theory and the history of law and state
The article analyzes the changes taking place in the world post-industrial economy and gives a short classification of the processes as well as the historic preamble. The main objective of the article is to determine the basic directions of the modern Russian economy development. Great attention is paid to the new economic processes which allow to suggest the appearance of the new trend of activity extinguishing from the pot-industrial sector. The author also poses the problem of modern account and analysis of these phenomena.
