Problems of stable ecological-economical development and means of their solutions
The article is dedicated to the problems of modern Russia transition to stable development. The work of reserve Fund and National Welfare Fund is analyzed. The author states the drawbacks in the Russian nature management mechanism. The article also views the issues of the Russian nature protection legislation. The author gives examples of the positive experience of stable development in Canada, and gives recommendations for the stable development of the Russian Federation.
