The impact of institutional environment and institutional transformations on the process of functioning of the system of company value management
The article gives the characteristics of institutional environment impact on the company value. The author views the level and features of development of institutional environment in the Russian corporate sector, states the main directions of development of the Russian companies' corporate management with a view of their value increase.
