Goal-setting in monetary-crediting policy as a means for its efficiency increasing
The article views the issues of goal-setting in the modern monetary-crediting policy of the Russian Bank. The author analyzes the evolution of opinions, estimates the economic realities in the country and justifies the necessity to review the existing approaches towards targets formation in the Russian monetary-crediting policy.
