On the necessity of improvement of law on commercial organizations providing financial services
The article deals with peculiarities of legal position of the most common commercial organizations attracting fiscal funds (credit and insurance organizations, collective investors). These legal persons play a significant role in the Russian economy, their activity determines the success of reforms in our country. Law on commercial organizations providing financial services is still in the process of formation and demands close attention from legislative power.
