Problems of application of the procedural criminal safety measures to the participants of a criminal case
The article gives analysis of the procedural criminal safety measures for the criminal case participants which are statutory by the present Criminal procedural Code of Russian Federation. Besides five safety measures determined in Part 3 of Article 11, there are other means and ways of the criminal case participant' defense.
