On the technique of corpus delicti formulation in cases with alternative signs of the objective part on the example of articles 141.1 and 142.1 of the Russian criminal code
The article examines the issue of quantitative limits of the objective part alternative signs within one corpus delicti. The author points out that it is inexpedient to transfer a large number of objective part signs (notions, terms and categories) into corpus delicti from the election legislation and referendum legislation.
