Corruption factors of anti-corruption legal acts
The article views the Techniques and Rules of anti-corruption expertise of statutory legal acts drafts and other documents, which were adopted by the Russian government's Decree in March 2009 in order to reveal any items promoting conditions for corruption. The author gives the definition of corruption as an aggravating circumstance.
