Strategy of railway transport development under the economic reforms
The article is devoted to the issues of long-term development of the Russian railway transportation sphere. the main directions of such development are viewed according to the federal national program «Development of the Russian transport system (2010-2015)» and the Strategy of the Russian Federation railway transport development up to 2030. the authors define the prerequisites for the long-term planning of the country’s transport infrastructure functioning, as well as the risk factors, which mainly refer to financing of the planned projects.
