Parties and subject composition of permanent rent treaty
The article views the issue of who can serve as the parties of permanent rent treaty. The author comes to the conclusion that the subject composition of permanent rent pernors may vary by legal succession or by concession. The change of rent payer can also take place in case of their death (reorganization) or disposal of property encumbered with permanent rent.
