Legal means of the constitution protection
The Russian Federation Constitution declares the Russian Federation to be a democratic federative jural state with the republican form of government. The jural state formation is closely connected with the dynamic and harmonious development of the institutions ensuring the jural protection of the Constitution and efficiently protecting the bases of constitutional system. The jural protection of the Main Law comprises the unity of juridical means which ensure the Constitutional norms realization and the constitutional order observance. The leading role here is played by the specialized constitutional control.
The article reveals the notion and some features of the specialized body of constitutional control.
