Pre-court agreement on cooperation and prosecutor’s role in its achieving and fulfillment
In June 2009 a new institution is introduced into the Russian Criminal-Procedural Code, i.e. the pre-court agreement on cooperation. The article discusses the issue of the prosecutor’s functions during its formation, as well as the issues of rights and lawful interests provision for other participants of the criminal procedure.
