Peculiarities of law interpretation in autonomous individual-legal regulation
The article is devoted to the issues of interpretation of unilateral lawful, legally relevant actions of social relations participants. Such interpretation is necessary to define the correct meaning of a party’s declaration of will while performing unilateral actions. The interpretation object is the fact of perception as bringing declaration of will of one party to another party’s notice. The author gives examples of unilateral lawful, legally relevant actions, such as unilateral deals and execution of civil rights.
