Some issues of criminal-legal regulation and classification of beating and torture
The article reveals and studies the unsatisfactory, in the author’s opinion, solutions of criminal liability for beating and torture by the Russian Criminal Code (lacunae, valuation notions, etc.), which in practice result in difficulties in the crime classification. This is the basis for improving Articles 116 and 117 of the Russian Criminal Code.
