On the legal nature of pledge
The article views pledge law in accordance with the existing Russian legislation on pledge and the Conception of civil legislation development of the Russian Federation.
The author analyzes various approaches to the legal nature of pledge law and determines its complex nature. The features and content of pledge law are examined.
