Evaluation of innovative activity of the Russian subjects
It is quite obvious now that competitiveness growth of the Russian economy is possible only through innovation activity development. That is why we consider it essential to evaluate the innovative activity of the country’s regions and determine the factors influencing it. It is necessary to elaborate appropriate means of innovative activity evaluation, both at an enterprise level and at a regional level. It would allow to define more precisely the point of application and the volume of managerial, financial and other impact for the purposeful control over this activity.
