Modelling of a corporate management system of an industrial enterprise
The article reveals the essence and grounds the structure and basic elements of a corporate management system of an industrial enterprise. Theoretical conclusions are illustrated and proved by the example of a Russian industrial enterprise functioning during financial-economic crisis.
