Features of court procedure of criminal cases with pre-trial cooperation agreement
The article studies the topical problems arising at court stages of Russian criminal procedure in cases of pre-trial cooperation agreement. The author analyses the Criminal-Procedural Code norms referring to the institute of pre-trial cooperation agreement.
