On the system of legal means of providing entrepreneurship activity without forming the legal person
The article views the legal means providing the carrying out of entrepreneurship activity without forming the legal person. The theoretical notions “legal means” and “legal provision” are estimated, the features of legal means providing the entrepreneurship activity in a certain system are revealed. The complex application of private-law and public-law means is grounded, which is aimed at efficient realization of subject rights.
