Systemic analysis of the controlling model at industrial enterprise
The article proposes the procedure of systemic analysis of controlling model. The process of forming multiple goals and tasks in the controlling system is based on one of the well-known techniques of constructing a tree of goals by Sagatovskiy. In this technique the six hierarchical levels are defined – the six levels of detailisation. The tree of goals is constructed. The controlling system elements are described, the main tools for strategic and operative controlling are listed.
