Modernization of power branch taking into account ecological requirements
The article views the issue of environment pollution due to power branch activity, proposes solutions of power industry modernization taking into account the requirements of ecological safety. New notions are introduced, such as “ecological innovative potential” and “ecological innovative project”; classification of innovative capital is specified.
