Shaimieva Elmira S – Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor.
She teaches the following courses: "Innovation management", "Strategic management", "Management of intellectual property", "Management of changes", other disciplines for students of full-time, part-time and distance forms of education, is the head of the module "Basics of High Technology Management” (in MBA Program on the basis of "Institute of Economics, Management and Law” (Kazan). The field of scientific activity includes: innovation processes in high-tech industries, management of innovation processes, management of technological innovations, knowledge management. The winner of the scholarship program DAAD 2003 "Research fellowships for young scientists” (University of Hannover); winner of the scholarship program DAAD 2009 "Research training for scientists and university teachers" (Dresden Technical University). Research activities for the period 2001-2011 were carried out within the framework of scientific cooperation with: the Department of Microeconomics of the faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Hannover University (Universität Hannover); the Department of National Economy and International Relations of Economic Faculty of Dresden Technical University (Technische Universität Dresden); the Department of Environmental Economics and Business of University of Southern Denmark. She is the author of over 120 publications, including 4 monographs and more than 37 articles (28 of them in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission and in foreign editions), 18 educational-methodological and 6 electronic educational-methodological works in the disciplines taught. The winner of the contest "Humanitarian book-2011" among the teachers of higher and secondary professional education of the Volga Federal district in the category "Economy" (for the monograph "Innovations for the implementation of technological modernization of the regions"). She is a member of the editorial Board of the journal "Aktual'niye problemy ekonomiki i prava” (IEML); Head of the Research Laboratory for Knowledge Management (Department of Management of IEML).
She has a long-term experience in a multinational corporation, Russian industrial enterprises, higher professional education in the administrative and scientific positions.
