Suppression of abusive practice by the leading position as the basic direction of modern antimonopoly regulation
The abusive practice by a leading position as a basic direction of modern antimonopoly regulation and the basic kinds of abusive practice by a leading position emerge are researched in the article, author analyzes the practice of suppression of these infringements in Russia. The conclusions on the degree of realization efficiency of this direction of antimonopoly regulation in Russia in conditions of globalization are given.
