Some issues of decrees of the Russian Federation and the USSR supreme courts plenums on the judicial practice for cases connected with special rules violation
The article presents critical analysis of the mentioned acts. It reveals the extended interpretation, inconsistency of decrees to the judicial norms and Russian terminology. The author suggests the grounded alterations to the mentioned documents.
