Cost management improvement based on cluster approach in institutional economy
The cluster approach becomes more and more popular both in theory and practice of the modern management. However, the issues of cluster patterns modeling are not paid due attention to: the cluster research stresses mainly the branch and regional aspects. At the same time the post-industrial development of economy demands the qualitatively new approach to the nature of clusters. The article views cluster on the basis of the modern concept of the company value management and institutional approach.
