К вопросу о роли стандартов ООН по предупреждению преступности и уголовному правосудию
В статье рассматриваются документы, разработанные конгрессами ООН, по широкому кругу вопросов в сфере уголовного правосудия; выявлены направления в их правоприменительной практике.
