Issues of lawful harm to the interests protected by criminal law under justified risk
The article views the issue of distinguishing such circumstances, specified in the Russian Criminal Code and excluding the criminal character of the action, as extreme necessity and justified risk, which take place when preventing terrorist acts by law enforcement bodies’ personnel. The author suggests some approaches to its solution.
