Correlation of the state and citizens’ interests reflected in the structure of structure of russian constitutions
The article presents a brief historical overview of the development of the state and citizens’ interests correlation reflected in the Soviet Constitutions, beginning from 1918 Russian Soviet Federal Socialistic Republic Constitution, as well as in the present Russian Federation Constitution of 1993.
