Rule of law sanction in the context of behaviour rules
The article is devoted to the rule of law sanction as its structural element. The author studies the rule of law sanctions and its structure through the conceding-obligatory character of the rule of law. The author proves that the rule of law sanction is formulated not through the impersonal juridical consequences of certain behaviour, but through behaviour rules, rights and liabilities of the subjects. The author turns to the issue of legal relationship content in which the rule of law sanction is carried out.
