State regulation of innovative activity under the conditions of economy modernization
The article views some issues of innovative activity state regulation under the conditions of modernizing economy. The author analyzes the functions of state bodies in innovative sphere, shows the role of state in information technologies regulation and in supporting scientific and production organizations participating in innovative programs and projects.
