«Spices» harmful to life or health of consumers
The article is devoted to the problem of civil circulation of aromatic and smoking mixtures («spices») which contain drugs harmful to life and health of consumers.
The author views the criminal-legal regulations in case of violation of the rules of smoking mixtures storing and selling. The author also suggests changes in administrative code aimed at better protection of consumers’ life and health against the impact of drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as other goods harmful to consumers’ life and health.
