Creation of efficient securing programs for the criminal court procedures participants in Russia
At present the State Program for securing criminal court procedures participants is func-tioning in Russia. A number of normative documents for the Program realization are created. In particular, on the 10th of April, 2006, the Head of the Russian Government signed Enactment ¹ 200 «On establishing the State Program «Securing complainants, witnesses and other criminal court procedures participants for years 2006–2008». A similar program was adopted on October 2, 2009, ¹ 792, for years 2009–2013.
The author analyzes the two programs of state securing for criminal court procedures participants in Russia. Despite the positive shifts in securing the criminal court procedures partici-pants in the Russian Domestic Affairs system, the article points out the directions which should be under special control of both the legislators and executives.
