Restraint of liberty in the system of punishment types by the russian criminal code
The article presents the juridical characteristics of the restraint of liberty according to the Russian Criminal Code, which is the same by name but different by nature. The authors show its punitive content, legal conditions of application by court and the restraints of liberties and rights, the order of service and execution of this punishment, the legal consequences of the malignant evasion from the service by the condemned.
