On the issue of resocialization models of the imprisoned convicts
The article is devoted to the topical issue of criminal-executive law – formation of model of the convicts’ resocialization. The Russian and foreign experience in this sphere is studied. The author points out the necessity to create a completely new model of resocialization process, as well as the new criminal-executive system adapted to it. The author’s personal view on the convicts’ resocialization model is presented.
