Attempt of legal limitation of the citizen’s rights and freedoms in the sphere of freedom of conscience
The article views the draft law «On changes in the Federal Law «On freedom of conscience and on religious associations» and in the Russian Federation Code on Administrative Offence» of October 12, 2009.
An attempt is made to analyze the propositions of the draft law, which sharply contradict the Russian Constitution in the sphere of conscience and religion freedom, and to compare them with the functioning legislation.
