Formation of the model of oil-chemical cluster in tatarstan republic
The article presents the analysis of formation of internal corporate links in the oil-chemical cluster of Tatarstan Republic, and elaborates the model of oil-chemical cluster of Tatarstan Republic. The model includes the enterprises of the Tatarstan oil-chemical cluster, structured by the ac-tivity types: 1) sectors of processing industry; 2) services sphere; 3) infrastructure; 4) education; 5) state sector. The peculiarity and key characteristics of this cluster is the presence of system-forming core – the company carrying out the integration process, as well as elaborating and promoting the common strategy of corporate management.
