Necessity to control transactional costs of an educational establishment through innovative mechanisms
The article proves the necessity to control transactional costs of educational establishments, as the lack of managerial levers and effective mechanisms of transaction costs reduction may lead to the lower efficiency and competitiveness of all social-economic systems, including educational system, in which the intellectual potential of economy is formed. The main problems in this sphere are: non-coordination between the internal ad external informational streams of an educational es-tablishment; diversity of informational streams of different educational establishments; lack of systematic approach in feedback arrangement between a student, a teacher and an organizer of educational process.
