Topical issues of insolvency (bankruptcy) law improvement
The article presents an attempt to analyze some regulations of the Federal Law project «On changes in the Federal Law «On insolvency (bankruptcy) and other legal acts of Russian Federation» referring to improvement of rehabilitation procedures», which was elaborated by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. The article views its advantages and drawbacks.
