Analysis of correspondence between court practice of imprisonment and the demands of the Russian supreme court plenum
The article views the problem of non-grounded court decisions on imprisonment. The carried out research gave material for classification of the Russian Supreme Court decisions by the level of grounding of their conclusions. The author makes a conclusion that the majority of the Russian Supreme Court decisions contradicts to its own interpretations of court practice.
