Notion and system of crimes, connected with prostitution, in the russian criminal law
The article is dedicated to the research of prostitution as socially-negative, lawless phenomenon, and crimes connected with it. The cause complex determining the prostitution as an anti-social (lawless) phenomenon, is very multi-componential, varied and connected with many negative phenomena, crime first of all. At present the prostitution-connected crimes, especially involving into prostitution and organization of prostitution, are especially essential.
