Organizational structure of state higher educational establishments: civil-law aspec
The efficiency of in-university managerial system should be provided on the level of normative-legal regulation of relations forming the university structure, including the state universities as the conductors of state policy in the sphere of higher professional education. The article analyzes the features of organizational structure of state universities as legal entities, and its determining factors, these features are viewed by the example of state universities bodies’ formation, their competencies and interaction in the process of a state university’s will formation as a legal entity.
