Burning issues of management of innovation process in the russian residential real estate market
In the article the residential real estate market is viewed as a system which needs to be transformed and developed. It is essential to modernize the residential real estate market by introduction and activation of innovative activity in it. The innovative process management in the residential real estate market should be aimed at the complex and consistent solution of a range of tasks connected with the search for non-traditional solutions in the spheres of organization and management, with a view of balanced development.
