On the issue of estimation of the state burden on economy
The article analyzes the acceptable amount of the state burden on economy. The analysis results are extrapolated to Tatarstan economy. The author comes to a conclusion that it is possible and necessary to minimize this burden, basing on the strictly determined range of state management functions.
