The investment potential evaluation of the Volga federal district regions based on the clustering method
The article describes the features of clustering of the Volga federal district regions on the basis of the evaluation of the investment potential level. It substantiates expediency of usage of the method of expert estimates for groups of subjects of the Russian Federation. The author suggests the characteristics of the indicators reflecting the quality of the elements of the investment climate of the region.
