The birth of corruption
The article is devoted to the phenomenon of corruption, considered by the author in terms of an ideological approach. This approach allows to determine the cultural prescriptions of corruption as a systemic problem with the modern legal government, but also to put the question of the limits of legal regulation in the sphere of counteraction with this phenomenon.
