On the issue of changes in the norms of laws sanctions in connection with toughening of anti-corruption policy
In this article researches some trends in changes of the content of the sanctions of law, using axiological legal instruments. The necessity of analyzing the content of the sanctions in terms of their relationship with the real interests and needs that underlie the motives of corruption breaking of the law. There have been some beneficial changes in the current law: strengthening economic sanctions for the corruption crimes, its variability, increasingly adopted the idea of the priority rights of crime victims..
