Theoretical-legal issues of «rusk» notion in civil law
The article views the main methodological approaches to the implementation of «risk» notion in they Russian civil law. The author analyzes the main goals and significance of risk in civil legal relationship, and grounds the risk appurtenance to the basic categories of civil law.
