Analysis of the evolution of views on the nature of ground rent
The article analysis the evolution of theoretical-methodological views on ground rent in the following directions: classical, Marxist, neoclassical and modern. The ground rent issue is viewed as a complex economical category which becomes still more sophisticated. The topical issues are revealed by the analysis of rent relations under the modern conditions.
