Role of science and education in economy modernization
The article views the issue of science and education development in Russia, in particular the laws of interaction between the country’s level of economic development on the level and quality of education; the problem of «brain drain» from Russia to Europe and the USA is touched upon. The investigation of the general issues of educational system results in suggesting measures for the educational sphere improvement and innovation policy, as well as for slowing down the young scientists’ migration abroad.
